Incase you’ve missed it, Ian has posted an update on the ISF main website…here is a little bit of what he had to say about the ISF Event and some inspiring words for all ISF groups out there, and maybe a better ISF Event to be held in the future.

Our first event was just mere days ago and I still am buzzing with the excitement of that night. I can’t tell you how fueling it was to see so many hearts present in support of the mission of ISF. I met volunteers for the first time, kids and teens with remarkable vision and bravery and made new friends I hope to grow with in this journey we are all creating for ourselves. I cannot thank enough every individual who came, worked, supported, shared, laughed and even cried.

Our volunteers worked so hard to pull this all off, and did so in just 4 short months. Everyone at ISF has learned so much from the event, its successes and short comings, that we are so excited to take what we’ve learned and apply it to the next event. Many of you wanted more time to connect and bond with others, and some wished we had shared more about the projects and initiatives in ISF, hoping to find ways to connect their passions more intimately with ISF.
